Professional & Academic Background
With decades of experience spanning accounting, finance, and operations — and backed by a strategic MBA, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and a second bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies — I’ve led high-level financial oversight, day-to-day execution, and system-level improvements across a wide range of industries. My work has consistently focused on building structure, improving efficiency, clarifying performance, and delivering results that strengthen transparency, control, and long-term value.
My academic path was intentional. Alongside the technical foundations of accounting and finance, I explored disciplines that shape strong leadership and critical thinking — including business management, communication, human behavior, and philosophy. In graduate school, I focused on strategy, analytics, and business intelligence, seeking ways to connect data with meaning and operations with insight.
I founded Oceanview not only to offer clarity, structure, and strategic support to organizations in need of alignment — but also to contribute to the kinds of businesses and causes I’ve long been passionate about. Whether through direct client relationships or indirect support and advocacy, I’m committed to helping people and organizations that are working to make the world a better place. I also enjoy connecting with thoughtful, diverse business leaders who are doing meaningful work and shaping the future in creative, impactful ways.
I believe numbers tell a story, and the way information is presented matters. Color, structure, and design aren’t just aesthetic — they guide attention and support better decisions. I value clear communication and thoughtful execution.

Personal Snapshot
I’m a lifelong animal lover and advocate for animal welfare causes. At minimum, I’ve always kept at least one pet — usually two or more — because I believe no animal should be alone. Over the years, my life has included all kinds of animals, but our current pet is our dog, “Boogieman” — or “Boogie” — and he’s more than a pet; he’s family. Loyal, sweet, and a little spoiled, he’s both our protector and best friend.
One of my favorite ways to recharge is by being in or near water — whether swimming or spending time along the coast. I don’t need to be a sailor to feel the balance it brings. There’s something about salt air, the rhythm of the waves, and the quiet strength of the sea that grounds me and brings me back to center. That sense of rhythm and connection helped inspire the name Oceanview. It’s not a reference. It’s a mindset.
Movement has always been a meaningful part of my life. I grew up ice skating competitively, trained in ballet, and even did a little gymnastics along the way. These disciplines sharpened my focus, shaped my discipline, and instilled qualities I still lean on today — along with a deep appreciation for balance that shows up in more ways than one.
